Parent Conferences All parent/teacher conferences are handled through the students' grade level office. Parents are to call their child's grade level clerk to establish a date for a parent conference with their child's team of teachers. Teachers need a 24 hour notice before a conference will be set. Our parent conferences begin promptly at 8:30am and must end by 9:00am , in order for teachers to go on assigned duty. Conferences can be scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. Before attending a parent/teacher conference, parents should check in with the Main Office to receive a VISITOR'S pass. At the parent/teacher conference the student should be present along with his or her HCMS Daily Planner. This will help facilitate a greater understanding of the issues discussed. In order to meet the needs of everyone involved, please BE ON TIME for conferences.
