Course Objective

By the end of this course, you will be able to develop an Individual Professional Development Plan geared towards helping your students improve their FCAT reading results.

Tasks and Activities

Throughout the course you will be engaged in various tasks and activities that will help you complete an IPDP that focuses on disaggregated student FCAT data and addresses specific reading weakness areas. Some of activities you will complete are:

  • Disaggregating student reading score data
  • Charting student scores
  • Selecting reading weakness areas
  • Writing your student achievement goal(s)
  • Selecting learning and training activities to meet your development goals
  • Completing your IPDP
