About the Course

Course Structure

The course is divided into five self-contained lessons. You will select the lessons by clicking on the button links located in the Main Menu page. Within each lesson you will have a “Next” and “Back” button available at the top and bottom of the page that will take you from one page to the next. The Main Menu button will allow you to return to the previous lessons or to the Course Map in order to review any pages you wish.

How long will the course take?

The course format is self-paced. Each lesson can be completed independently from the others. This means that you will be able to access the course content in any order and you may spend as much or as little time as you need to review the desired content. The entire course should take you between 30 to 45 minutes if you take each lesson sequentially.

How do I keep track of the time I spend in this course?

You will log time spent in the course by entering it in your Documentation Sheet for Individual Work on Inservice. You will use this form throughout the year to keep track of all of your professional development activities. You will then turn in the form at the end of the school year for inservice points.
