What do you expect your target students to achieve as a result of your professional development? You will answer this question in section four of your IPDP. The results you list should be measurable and based on a specific assessment. You are encouraged to use multiple data sources for this section.

The example below shows how Mr. Gains completed Expected Student Achievement Goal(s) section.

Here, Mr. Ross Gains' goal is to increase the achievement of sixty percent of his targeted students so that they score fifty percent or more in the main idea reading strand.
