Section 7- Classroom Implementation

As you implement new strategies in your classroom as a result of your development plan, you record them in section 7 of your IPDP. Therefore, you will not complete section 7 of your IPDP initially. Instead, you will revisit your form as you implement the strategies you have learned. Your list of practices should increase as you try out new strategies throughout the school year.

It is now the end of the school year, and Mr. Gains is getting ready to finalize his IPDP. Take a look a the strategies he implemented as a result of his professional training and learning activities:

This section shows that Mr. Gains was able to successfully implement three new strategies to increase the reading achievement of his targeted students.
