IPDP RequirementState Statute 1012.98 (5) requires all school-based instructional personnel to develop an Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP). The IPDP is the foundational document for the planning and implementation of professional development that impacts student achievement. Administrators conduct individual evaluation conferences that document that the IPDP was implemented as written or revised and make the determination that the teacher applied newly learned knowledge and skills in the classroom.
