Section 2- Student Baseline Data

The objective of section two is to narrow down your target to a specific audience with a specific need for improvement. It is here that you will indicate the specific student achievement data for your students. The data should also be disaggregated (broken down).

The example below shows how Mr. Gains completed Student Baseline Data section.

Notice that in this case, Mr. Ross Gains has decided to target the students who scored low on the main idea portion of FCAT Reading. In order to do this, Mr. Gains had to disaggregate the FCAT results data he received for his students and then decide which students to focus his professional development efforts on.
