Section 1- Focus Section one of your IPDP will state the focus of your development plan. It must be based on a goal in the School Improvement Plan (SIP). Remember that the focus is the heart of your IPDP. Everything else will flow from this initial statement. For this reason, it is important that you consider it carefully.
