Section 3- Needs-Based Question Now that you have determined a target group with specific improvement needs, you will need to write a needs-based question. This will be done in section 3 of your IPDP:
The needs-based question is derived directly from your student baseline data statement(s). Notice in the example above that the question is written in the first-person as if you were asking yourself what you could do to improve student achievement. Writing your needs-based question is simple because you will always use your student baseline data statement to write it. The question should mention the target group as well as their need area (main idea, comparisons, fluency, etc.). Click the Next button to continue. |
