By now you should have section 1-6 of your IPDP completed. Your next step is to meet with your administrator so you can review your personal development plan with him/her. You will also obtain approval from your administrator for the initiation of your IPDP.

Once you have obtained approval of your IPDP, you should continue with lesson five of this course which discusses the implementation and results of your plan.
